Canon point: About 6 years after the anime for Cowboy Bebop.

Physical Description: To the world at large Ed looks like your typical young woman in her early 20's with bright red hair (was a blonde for a few months on a lark)which she grew out post her time on the Bebop and a habit towards dressing like a tech to blend into wherever she is (jeans, funky tees with long sleeved shirts tossed over them and either boots or sneakers since she's grown up in terms of her wardrobe). She always has a smile on her face and always has either her main computer, a laptop nicknamed Tomato or the smaller version of Tomato she built herself. She also has a small silver pin in the shape of a smiley face, which is also her call sign.

World Description: Her home world is sometime circa mid 2080 where the Earth was made uninhabitable in the aftermath of the Gate Accident. The Earth of her time has taken to space and has colonies across the galaxy and part of its travel is via the Space Gates (which caused its share of problems thanks to sabotage pre anime by Chess Master Hex and his group).
